NavisHealth, an enterprise digital health company, is seeking a smart and highly motivated Sales Representative who is excited about evolving with a dynamic software company in healthcare IT.  We need someone with 1-3 years of experience who takes initiative, is extremely motivated and takes pride in watching their efforts directly affect the growth of the company.  This position requires a start-up mentality in which you will be helping with sales campaigns, cold calling/appointment setting and conducting web based demo of the company’s mobile health solution.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling the company’s mobile health solution to hospitals and clinics
  • Conduct outgoing sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Responsible for driving the sales process of the solution, including identifying the opportunity, qualifying, forecasting, decision making criteria, and closing
  • Participate in the preparation of sales, business development, and account specific opportunity plans
  • Conduct research and analysis as required for the sales call, including review of hospital profile, patient volume, budget cycle and other relevant information for call preparation
  • Process customer transactions such as quotes, work orders, proposals or contracts
Required Skills
  • Ability to rapidly build and maintain sales pipeline
  • Prior experience in cold calling and presenting sales pitch to all levels within an organization
  • Prior sales experience preferred, excellent presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who takes initiative and works well in a team environment
  • Articulate and not afraid of calling into potential accounts
  • Positive, fearless attitude, hunter mentality and driven self-starter
  • Fastidious with follow-up, goal oriented in your daily routine
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (and Salesforce, a plus)
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or life science
  • Prior experience selling Healthcare IT software directly to the hospital market strongly preferred
  • Familiar with current healthcare trends, hospital operations and complex healthcare sales cycle
  • Experience with In-Patient EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech highly desired
  • Healthcare provider or hospital background a strong plus
